Administrative Flexibility

SySurvey holds a wealth of administrative data against each survey.

From setting the send date to controlling the cut-off point and reminder mechanism, SySurvey takes away much of the administrative issues associated with traditional methods of research. The reminder, for example, is automated and goes out only to those people who have not responded.

The system is also capable of sending out surveys in different formats, so you may customise an HTML-rich email, complete with branding and other graphics, or it may be delivered as plain-text.
